FAQ
Are you a Swedish brand?
Yes. We’re based in Stockholm, and our products are designed here in Sweden.
What are your products made of?
All our products are made from 100% food-grade silicone - completely free from BPA, phthalates, lead, and PVC.
Are your products safe for use in the microwave?
Yes, all products except for the spoon and cutlery. But why would you even want to put them in the microwave?
Is it OK to sterilize your products?
Yes, absolutely. Our products can safely be sterilized without any issues.
Are your tableware dishwasher safe?
Yes, absolutely. All our products are dishwasher safe.
What age are your products suitable for?
We typically recommend our products for children from around six months to five years old, but every child is different. However, the placemat have a lot of use cases also for adults.
Do you use single-use plastics in your packages?
No. Reducing our environmental footprint is a key priority for us. We use eco-friendly packaging, printed with water-based, certified ink, and have completely eliminated single-use plastic from our packaging. The FSC-certified and recycled paper we use costs more than plastic mailers, but most plastic isn’t recycled, and we don’t want our packaging to end up sitting in a landfill for the next 500 years.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are responsibly manufactured in a small factory in China. We’ve worked with the same trusted factory since the very beginning and have full visibility into every step of the process – from raw materials to finished products. All our suppliers have also signed our Code of Conduct, ensuring ethical and fair working conditions without discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, or disability.
Why are there spots on the products after a dishwasher cycle?
These are harmless water spots, just like the ones you sometimes see on drinking glasses – and they get more visible if you use hard water. You can use a regular rinse aid if you prefer, but an easy trick is to pour a splash of white vinegar into a small bowl and place it on the top rack during the wash cycle - no more spots!

Are your products recyclable?
Yes, our products can be recycled at selected recycling facilities and are considered non-hazardous waste. We recommend checking with your local recycling center for guidance on how silicone is handled in your area.
Shipping questions
How much does shipping cost?
Within Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK, otherwise 49 SEK.
Europe: Free shipping on orders over €100, otherwise €15.
Besides Europe, which other countries do you ship to?
We currently only offer delivery within Europe.
Returns and exchanges
Do you really offer a 30 day refund policy?
Yes, that’s right. You have 30 days to return an item if you change your mind.
How do I return an order or a product from an order?
