By purchasing through our website, you agree to the terms below. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace parts of these terms by publishing a new version on our website.

Order Confirmation
Purchases made on atelierkeen.com are governed by Swedish law (the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act).
You must be over 18 years old to place an order.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
If you haven’t received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll assist you.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@atelierkeen.com

Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (please note that tracking information may take up to 2 days to update).
Delivery
Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 600 SEK, otherwise 49 SEK
Europe: Free shipping on orders over €100, otherwise €15
Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient (according to DAP).
Estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days.
Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
You have 30 days to return your order from the date you receive it.

Products must be unused (for hygiene reasons), in their original packaging, and with labels attached.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Please keep your shipping receipt.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll issue a refund to the same payment method used at purchase (within 5 business days).
Product exchanges: Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.
Claims & Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@atelierkeen.com

Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue for faster processing.
We cover the return shipping cost for approved claims.
Uncollected Packages
If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, an administrative fee will be charged:
Sweden: 100 SEK
EU: €15
Non-EU (Europe): €25
The remaining amount will be refunded to the same account used for payment.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Klarna.
All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments in accordance with strict banking standards.
Shipping Damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it and contact us immediately with images and your order number.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Force Majeure
Atelier Keen is not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as strikes, war, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government actions).
Applicable Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes will be settled by a Swedish court of law.
